How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Custom prints may require additional time for artwork approval.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, and seasonal demand. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
You can also visit our Track Your Order page and enter your order details to view the latest delivery updates. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to activate and update the tracking information.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Every print is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged print
• Photos of the shipping packaging and label
Please keep the original packaging until your claim has been resolved. After reviewing the photos, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Can I return a custom print?
Because custom and personalized prints are created specifically for you, they cannot normally be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.
Before production, we will provide a digital proof for your approval. Please carefully check the design, spelling, colors, and image placement before confirming it.
If your custom print arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved design, please contact us and we will make it right.
What materials do you use for your prints?
Our prints are produced on premium aluminum composite panels consisting of two thin aluminum layers with a durable composite core.
The artwork is printed directly onto the surface using high-quality UV inks, creating sharp details, rich colors, and a smooth matte finish. Unlike traditional paper posters or canvas prints, our metal prints are rigid, frameless, and ready to display.
A hidden mounting system creates a modern floating effect, leaving a small gap between the print and the wall.
How do I create a custom print?
Visit our Custom Prints page and choose your preferred size and customization option. Upload your photo or artwork and include any instructions for our design team.
We will review your file and prepare a digital preview for your approval. Production will begin only after you confirm the final design.
For the best results, upload the highest-resolution original image available. If you are unsure about the quality of your file, contact us before ordering and we will be happy to check it.
