These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your country of residence or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

AWSM Prints produces premium frameless metal wall art and personalized prints. Our prints may use aluminum composite panels, UV printing, mounting hardware, and other components described on the relevant product page.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, dimensions, finishes, and details accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, lighting, and device settings. Minor variations in color, positioning, finish, or dimensions may occur as part of the manufacturing process and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Product photographs may include room mockups for presentation purposes. Frames, furniture, decorative objects, or accessories shown in mockups are not included unless explicitly stated in the product description.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website or determined by your location. Any applicable taxes and shipping costs will be shown at checkout where required.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment must be completed using one of the methods offered at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it. After placing an order, you will normally receive an automated order confirmation.

A binding sales agreement is formed when we accept your order and begin processing it or send a dispatch confirmation, subject to applicable consumer law.

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

• Product or pricing information contains an obvious error
• The ordered product is unavailable
• The order appears fraudulent or abusive
• A submitted custom image or request violates these terms or the rights of another person

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount using the original payment method.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

For custom products, you are responsible for supplying suitable, accurate, and sufficiently high-quality images, text, names, dates, and other requested information.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all materials you submit to us. You grant us a limited right to use those materials solely to prepare, produce, quality-check, and deliver your order.

We may refuse content that is unlawful, hateful, threatening, defamatory, sexually exploitative, misleading, or that appears to infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.

If we provide a digital proof, you are responsible for checking spelling, layout, colors, cropping, and other details before approval. Production may begin after approval. Changes requested after approval may incur additional costs or may no longer be possible.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the website, branding, product descriptions, graphics, layouts, photographs, and original designs displayed by AWSM Prints are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, scrape, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

Purchasing a physical print does not transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights in the artwork.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing times, estimated delivery periods, tracking, customs information, and procedures for delayed or damaged parcels are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory delivery rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Risk of loss passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a person designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.

Consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from qualifying distance purchases within 14 days after receiving the goods.

The statutory withdrawal right may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, including custom prints produced from a customer’s photograph or personalized instructions.

This exception does not affect the customer’s rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products.

Standard, non-personalized products remain subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us at support@awsm-prints.com if it is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered.

We may request photographs and other reasonable information to assess the problem. Where legally required, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or refund.

Nothing in these terms excludes statutory guarantees or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

CARE AND USE

Customers must follow the care and installation instructions supplied with the product or published on our website.

Metal prints should be handled carefully and cleaned only with a clean, soft, dry microfiber cloth unless different instructions are provided.

Do not use glass cleaner, alcohol, solvents, abrasive cleaning products, or harsh chemicals, as these may damage or remove the printed surface.

Customers are responsible for selecting suitable mounting hardware and ensuring that the wall and installation method can safely support the product.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may use services supplied by Shopify and other third parties, including payment providers, delivery carriers, analytics services, and social media platforms.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

PROHIBITED USE
