Frequently asked questions
What material are custom metal prints made from?
Every custom print is made on a rigid 3 mm Dibond aluminum composite panel and printed directly with UV inks. The result is a frameless, matte-finish metal print with crisp detail and durable color.
What photo quality should I upload?
Use a clear, well-lit original photo. JPG, PNG and WEBP files up to 20 MB are accepted. If your image needs cropping or a small adjustment, add a note with your order and we will review it before printing.
Can I approve the design before it is printed?
Yes. After we review your request, we send a digital proof within 1–2 business days. We print only after the design and crop are confirmed.
Which sizes and mounting options are available?
Choose 30 × 40 cm, 45 × 60 cm or 60 × 80 cm. Select a float mount for a ready-to-hang look, double-sided tape for simple installation, or no mount if you prefer print only.
Is the finish matte or glossy?
Custom prints have a refined matte finish that helps reduce glare while preserving rich colour and sharp detail.
